Perfect Placement
An address straight on Duval Street is considered one of the best locations in Key West. After all, that is the main street where all the action happens. There are plenty of amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area, as well as unique boutiques, artsy galleries, and vibrant nightlife. Most of the island is pedestrian friendly and guests say you won’t need a car to get around. Even the major tourist attractions can be reached by foot.

Clean and Comfortable
Overall, guests were quite impressed with the accommodations provided here. The clean, air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and hardwoods floors are a delight. However, the kitchenettes were the real highlight – guests found the facilities very convenient. In addition, guests were quite surprised that their stay was quiet, despite its central location on the lively Duval Street.

Poolside Paradise
The outdoor pool is a guest favourite as well. You’ll be pleased to find that the pool area is shaded, and furnished with comfortable loungers. Guests say it’s a perfect place to lounge on a hot day, even if you don’t swim.

Limited Space
There is parking onsite but apparently, the spots are quite limited. Guests warn that parking must be booked ahead of time for a small fee. In addition, guests say the spots and the driveway itself is somewhat tight, and can be a challenge for larger cars.

Hidden House
Don’t get lost. Guests warn that the driveway can be hard to find. Hint: Look for buildings 327 and 329, and the hotel, house number 325, will be behind the two.

Due for an Update
Guests say mild refurbishment throughout the property, in some rooms more than others, would greatly refresh the hotel.
