Hotel Havana Cabana at Key West (Key West, USA)

It’s near shops and bars if you’d like to eat or drink. It’s also not too far from outdoor activities like golf and water sports. For air travellers, it’s only minutes from the airport.

While some mentioned bug issues and debris around common areas, the majority of guests found the areas were clean and inviting. While not a five star resort, they did find the rooms comfortable and attractively decorated.

Touted as the largest in Key West, many travellers mentioned loving the pool. They claimed it's relaxing and clean with a few guests saying they preferred it to the beach. If you’re thirsty, they seem to have an attentive tiki bar staff ready to serve you

Although a majority did find the hotel clean, a few guests remarked that areas seem to be littered with abandoned food, cups, etc., but particularly in the pool area.

While many visitors said they loved the staff, a number of people who had issues mentioned being met with impatient workers. They also remarked that when they tried to escalate their problem to management they were rebuked and turned away in some cases.
