It is generally agreed that the motel is in a great location. Just close enough to the beach to make it nearby and just far enough from the Boardwalk to ensure quiet evenings. It's also convenient for all the local amenities, with everything within walking distance. There are also excellent restaurants nearby.

There is a high standard of maintenance in this motel, which is noticed by the guests and gets a huge thumbs up. There is a dedicated and hard-working housekeeping staff behind the scenes, keeping the motel spotlessly clean.

The staff here is professional, dedicated and helpful. The staff members are totally dedicated to making the guests feel right at home.

Some guests encountered difficulties with the bathroom sink, the first being that there was absolutely no hot water. The other problem was that when the water was turned on, it gave off a stink like a sewer.

Some of the rooms have great views and are rather highly priced. Many guests feel that this is unfair, because it pushes up the cost of the room. The popular opinion is that a great view, while a bonus, isn't a commodity for which a guest should be made to pay.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, in the rooms and all areas, which is a tremendous bonus. Unfortunately, on some days, the Wi-Fi doesn't work well and connectivity becomes a problem. For those who need regular connectivity, that may be an inconvenience. Also, there have been comments about the the bedding. Some guests find the pillows hard. Others find the beds rather uncomfortable.
