Negative Reviews
negative:
The Bad and The Ugly.
The structural state of Grand Vista Hotel has been reported to fall below even the most-basic expectations of maintenance. Cracked tubs, malfunctioning sink faucets, and inoperable thermostats are said to impede upon the quality of former residences, as are loose-fitting towel rails and wobbly furniture.
negative:
Poor Upkeep.
This centrally located inn's standard of cleanliness follows suit the manner in which general maintenance presents itself, in that such a standard is evidently lacking in presentation. Former hygienic shortcomings consist of stained and dirty carpets, considerable build-up of grime in the grouting of showers and tubs, as well as scuffed walls.
negative:
Cloudy Conditions.
Although smoking is outwardly prohibited at Grand Vista Hotel, many prior inhabitants have indicated a distinct odor of smoke to permeate throughout much of the premises. The curtains and other cloth-comprised areas of the rooms are especially subject to smokey aromas.
