Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Junction (Grand Junction, USA)

Guests rated the linens including bed linens and towels very highly in their reviews with many really appreciating the fluffy oversized towels and high thread count sheets.

A number of guests commented that the breakfast at hotel was one of the best that they have had across the Doubletree chain.  Many guests remarked that the selection of food was great and the foods was excellent quality.

The views across to the mountains featured prominently in a number of reviews with many saying the lovely views added to their sense of relaxation during their vacation.

Some guests did not have a good nights sleep as they could hear all of the movements of their neighbors as well as noise from the corridors.  Some guests also had the unfortunate experience of noisy neighbors who held parties in their room. These guests suggested that if the sound proofing was better that they would not have been as frustrated by the noise as the were.

A few reviewers had similar comments about the staff working behind the bar in the lounge, with common comments saying that the bar staff seemed aloof and disinterested and not interested in providing the best customer service possible and guests felt ignored.

Some guests commented that they thought the rooms could use an overhaul to update the decor to bring the rooms up to the same standard as the modern and stylish lobby and lounge areas within the hotel.
