From arranging the room promptly on request to helping with bookings to making travel arrangements for you, staff proves to be a great asset at the hotel.

Fantastic Location Guests loved the central location of the hotel which is quite well placed right in the Old Quarter of the city and is perfect to explore Hanoi city. It is within few minutes' walk from the lake, shopping area, restaurants and almost everything making it a perfect place to stay for leisure and business travellers.

The Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel provides good value for money to guests with excellent spa service, great Vietnamese restaurant and well-appointed rooms. Brilliant location with good amenities, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast and shuttle service makes it an attractive option to stay.

The hotel is situated on a busy street and there is a lot of loud noise from outside the street which is a bit discomforting for guests.

Poor Wi-Fi  Guests mentioned that although the hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi, the signal strength is not good and it was dropping throughout which was quite problematic.

Few guests felt that the breakfast is quite average with nothing over the top and is served in the basement which is quite hot there and deteriorate the whole breakfast experience.
