Truly excellent breakfast
For most guests, the smorgasbord-style breakfast may have been the highlight of their stay. It was described as incredibly varied, where only an unbelievably picky eater wouldn't be able to find something they liked.

Of course guests weren't surprised that the hotel was in an ideal central spot. For most, this was the reason they booked it. But that didn't mean they couldn't still register their appreciation for being absolutely in the heart of the city, close to all the CBD amenities.
Guests seemed to like their rooms in general, but were especially impressed by the level of cleanliness. They indicated that the cleaning staff did an excellent job, and that there rooms were spotless on check-in, and tended to remain that way throughout their stay.
Unfortunately, great as Miss Maud was said to be in other respects, it still could not escape the curse of the bad hotel Wi-Fi. A number of guests reported that the service was very unreliable, working one minute, and then all of a sudden crashing. It was most frustrating.
While, surprisingly, there were no reports of noise from without, some guests did mention that they were disturbed by noise in the corridors and adjacent rooms. They described the walls as being “paper thin”, resulting in sound travelling through at will.
A few motorists mentioned that the hotel has no on-site parking. This meant that they had to park at a garage a short distance away and walk to the hotel.
