    It may be warm outside but, for some reason, the central heating inside is still working at full tilt, belting out the heating at huge cost and for absolutely no reason. This makes the rooms excessively hot and uncomfortable. Seamer is the name of the nea

    The central heating and water pipes complain quite loudly and soundproofing between the rooms is negligible so you can hear noise from the neighbours, whatever they are doing!
