Guests loved the layout of the spacious rooms, saying it felt like home. The accommodations feature lots of closet space, a roomy TV and sitting area, and fully-equipped kitchens. Lots of guests like this hotel for long-term stays and appreciated being able to bring their pets.

The hot and cold breakfast buffet is tasty and filling. Selection changes day to day, and includes healthy options. Though a few guests thought the variety wasn't too great. The evening reception, especially the homemade dinner dishes, gets a lot of compliments as well.

Personal attention on customer well-being is a priority here. Needs, questions and requests are responded to quickly. You will feel welcome. The managers really go out of their way to keep you satisfied.

Though most guests thought the accommodations are lovely, several guests thought they could use an upgrade. Not all rooms are alike. Guests who received older rooms said that carpets look stained, mattresses need replacing and decor feels outdated. Some guests also complained about a musty smell.

Parking can be hard to find in the evening. The lot gets full quickly after dark.

Housekeeping has been reported to be unfinished or lacking in attentiveness to their cleaning. Items normally refilled daily were often not replenished and dishes weren't cleaned off very well.
