Hotel La Quinta Inn Kansas City North (Kansas City, USA)

Most of the guests found all the rooms very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Room decor was good. Hotel staff was very prompt and professional.

The hotel is located just off the interstate and has many areas of tourist attraction nearby. There are many eating joints like Denny's, Arby, Mc Donald's, and the Jesse James Bank Museum. Pets are welcome in the hotel and are provided with a separate green area for answering nature's call.

Guests loved the good breakfast spread that included waffles, pancakes, bagels, hot/cold cereals, fresh fruits, milk and pastries. Plenty of well lit parking spaces are available.

Few guests felt that the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and smelled of urine. Toilet seats were broken, and there was mold growing on the ceilings and floors. Vent in a bathroom was broken and unrepaired for a long time.

The hotel building had a very run down look. Furnishings in the rooms were outdated and dusty. Lobby and corridors were grungy and dark. Chipped walls in the elevator, paint peeling off the rooms and old smelly carpets made the stay very unpleasant. Rooms require more plug ins for various ports as the ones provided were not enough.

Walls of rooms are very thin. Guests could hear other people talking in the hallway and conversations of people in the next room. Dogs barking across the corridor in the middle of the night were also not appreciated by guests. Some guests even found bed bugs and baby spiders crawling all over the bed and pillows.
