Casino del Sol Resort Tucson (Tucson, USA)

The sprawling Arizona desert and mountains surround the resort. Guests were pleased to find that many of the rooms feature stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and some of them overlook the hotel's pool as well. Their "Sky Level" rooms have particularly attractive views.

Guests had a blast in the resort's huge casino. The casino boasts over 1,300 slot machines, as well as a variety of table games, daily, weekly, and monthly poker tournaments, and bingo. Many guests felt that the casino was well staffed, with friendly and skilled dealers and wait staff.

Nearly everyone who stayed here agreed that the housekeeping staff is at the top of their game. Upon arrival they were pleased to find that both their room and the common areas of the resort were perfectly clean. They also found that their room was well maintained during their stay, and that the housekeepers were flexible with cleaning times and allergy-related requests.

With nine different restaurants in-house, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the quality varies some from one to the next. While guests agreed that some of the restaurants are excellent, with Moby's in particular routinely being called out for their excellence, others seemed to fall short, such as The Fiesta Buffet, where guests complained of bland food and price gouging.

Though many guests were happy to report that they were allowed to check-in sooner, the official check-in time is 4:00 pm. Many guests were upset by this, and felt that is was later than other establishments they had previously stayed at.

Though most guests had positive experiences at Casino del Sol, most that had negative feedback had a similar complaint. Either they made a special request, or reported that something in their room did not function, and had to make that request again and again before someone finally came to resolve it.
