Guests were happy to find that the common areas of the hotel were modern and sleek. The exercise room was found to be top notch and very modern, with all of what you would need for a good workout. The restaurant and the rooftop were also nicely furnished and the spa area modern.

The staff was found to be friendly and professional by guests who stayed here. They felt they did a good job with the check-in and check-out process. Guests who used their business services mentioned they handled the event very well.

Guests were happy to find that the hotel was modern and clean. Their rooms were clean and tidy, as well as the en suite bathrooms, while the hotel was also kept in high standard conditions. Guests were happy to spend time inside the hotel.

Guests found it annoying that if they wanted to use the swimming pool they needed a mandatory swim cap. If they did not have one, they had to pay for one.

The rooms were not found to do a good job of reducing the noise level from other areas. The hallways and common areas had people talking, and guests could clearly hear their noise.

Guests found that the construction and the refurbishing's of the hotel were confusing. It was difficult to find in the first place, and then once inside, it was difficult to find the reception.
