Happy guests were able to access all of their destinations with ease from the hotel. Many made use of the free area shuttle, which took them to sites like the MDA Hospital. Others accessed NRG Arena for large events.

Many guests made full use of the kitchen areas in their rooms. The range of equipment provided, including cooking utensils, stovetops, and dishwashers, made it very easy for people to save money on food while they stayed at the suites.

Many guests came to the hotel because of a loved one's medical issue requiring an extensive stay at the nearby hospital. They found the suites an idea place for a long stay, partly because of services such as free laundry.

Many guests had some serious problems getting to the hotel. They found the nearby area to be less than the best, and many GPS units had trouble figuring out how to navigate to the address. Apparently, the hotel is not very visible from the main road.
