With their stay at this property, guests enjoyed themselves with the free amenities and amazing location. But the cherry on the top was, the hotel's tariff for rooms and other services which was very affordable as mentioned by past guests. The hotel's proximity to museum, stadium and other attractions was also a reason for satisfied guests.

Past guests have appreciated the cleanliness and hygiene maintained by housekeeping team at this property. May it be the flooring or tiles, the rooms and bathrooms were in picture-perfect condition. Even the bedding and towels were clean.

For guests who were visiting to Houston Medical Centre, the hotel's shuttle service was very beneficial. With good frequency, guests were able to reach their destination in no time which they really liked.

A sumptuous breakfast for a healthy start to the day is what guests were looking for but the free breakfast at this property left a lot to be desired. Guests were expecting fresh fruits, juices and bakery items whereas the breakfast only had some cereals and milk.

Guests were unable to access complimentary Wi-Fi because of poor network reception. While some had problems connecting to internet others had issues in connecting and browsing because of constant connection dropouts.

As mentioned by past guests, their stay at this property wasn't as comfortable as expected reason being poor soundproofing. Guests were able to overhear people next door and roadside traffic which they didn't appreciate.
