Everything is very clean
Guests were impressed with the housekeeping service at the hotel. They found everything to be spotlessly clean in both their rooms and the common areas of the hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The room sizes vary
While some guests were excited about their very spacious rooms, other were not so fortunate. Some reviewers complained of being assigned a very small room, and felt cramped throughout their stay.
negative:
68F isn't cold enough for some
Quite a few people were bothered by the energy efficient systems in place in the guestrooms. The air conditioning can not be turned down lower than 68° F, which was not quite cold enough for some guests. A few people also seemed to be under the impression that the A/C works on a motion sensor, and does not run when no one is moving.
negative:
Older building means thinner walls
There were many complaints that the rooms were noisy, with much of their neighbor's conversations being audible through the walls. A few observed that the age of the hotel may have something to do with the problem.
