Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the hotel's management and staff. They'll adapt to meet any special requirements and just when you think that they can't possibly do any more … they do! Breakfast is terrific and there are later bar snacks available. What about later meals? Well, you really are spoilt for choice. There are so many restaurants that cater for all tastes and budgets … and they're all just an easy walk from the hotel.
All areas, including the rooms, are spotlessly clean and well maintained. It must be a huge temptation for them to accept large group bookings (and the accompanying noise and disruption). Here, though, they value their property and the wellbeing of other guests … and don't encourage large groups. A few aspects may be verging on the 'dated' now, but, overall everything about this hotel is tickety-boo!
Newcastle is famous for its nightlife and much of it is walkable from the hotel. Alternatively, it's five minutes on the metro to the city centre. Also, a five minute car journey takes you to the Metro Radio Arena … and the Centre for Life.
