Superb Pet Service
The facility accepts pets with enthusiasm. Not only that, they make sure that pets have all the comforts that their human owners do by providing a doggy bed, eating dish, pick-up-bags, and more. They even doggy-sit for you and provide information on restaurants in the area that allow pets.

Duval Street Action
Just one block off Duval Street and close to Malory Square, you won't be lacking for things to do. You can pretty much walk to any restaurant or bar on Duval; however, due to the closeness to the facility, it can get quite noisy.

More Than Exceptional Service
What really sets this place apart is the superb service. When you make your booking you will receive emails with thoughtful assistance, which is reassuring that your room will be there when you arrive. No mix-ups here! Then once you arrive, you will be assisted with your luggage, and if you want rental bikes they will be delivered and waiting for you. Beach towels, extra niceties, the whole-nine-yards is provided.

The Parking Will Break You
Parking is on the expensive side. It helps that it's close and convenient; nonetheless, the parking spaces are quite small.

The Game Changer
Though the bed-and-breakfast pet friendly policy is great, it has its drawbacks. For example, a howling dog that misses their owner can drive you barking mad, to say the least. It's strange that kids are not allowed at the facility but pets are.

Breakfast Falls Short
It's nice that the staff offers breakfast, but it's quite limited. There are the usual pastries, bagels, some fruit, and hard-boiled eggs served cold. For such a great facility, you would expect more. However, the staff assisting with breakfast are just as charming as ever.
