The property is located in the centre of Montreal, with a good number of shops, bars, galleries and other tourist attractions within walking distance. Guests were able to walk to the Old Port within five minutes, as well as the central railway station that took them to farther parts of the country.

Guests who are on a very tight budget commented that staying on the property suited their needs the best. While the property is not as elegant compared to other high-rated hotels, it is fully functional with comfortable rooms for those who are planning to only spend a night or two in the city.
