The Murrumbateman Field Days welcomes you to the Yass Valley and Capital region from Saturday 17 - Sunday 18 October 2015, for what is the region’s premier Family Lifestyle and Urban Farming event. You are invited to join in the fun of the weekend and also experience some of the many delights of this beautiful part of Australia. With over 400 exhibitors will be offering products from local alpaca wool to farming lifestyle training courses. More than 1000 volunteers give their time with the event raising much needed funds going back to the Murrumbateman community. Located just 30 minutes from Canberra and 15 minutes from Yass, thousands of people descend on the Murrumbateman Recreation Grounds each year, to see the very latest farming equipment and methods and home improvement exhibits on display, as well as live entertainment, this year including a number of horse displays. You can taste and buy the very best local produce and wine from around the region. The kids are taken care of with rides and amusements as well as the ever popular Children’s Farmyard.
