Positive Reviews
positive:
Spacious and clean.
Guests loved the extra room to move around, and found that it was a big step up from a regular hotel room. Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard, and a number of guests pointed out the great showers with water pressure to spare.
positive:
Location a plus.
This hotel seemed ot be in the middle of everything, and while it wasn't quiet and secluded, it was convenient to transportation links and even the local casinos. The Miraflores Visitors Centre was 20 minutes away, and guests said that the neighbourhood was great for walking around.
positive:
Everybody into the pool.
The swimming pool was definitely worth a visit, according to guests who enjoyed some time there. It was big enough to accommodate even a busy day of fellow guests going for a dip, and it was an overall inviting place to be.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Items in need of replacing.
Guests reported a few things that could do with an upgrade. Beds and couches were past their prime in some cases, with guests saying that mattresses were often sagging and couches had seen better days. Decor in general was a bit older, and it wasn't the ultra modern accommodation of some guests' visions.
negative:
Staff hit and miss.
Guests gave mixed reviews for hotel staff, and while many had favourable encounters with front desk personnel, others weren't so lucky. Guests said that they were disappointed to be met with disinterested staff who were less than helpful in many cases.
negative:
Some views better than others.
This hotel is a tall one, so it has the possibility for great views of the city. However, several guests said that their view wasn't worth opening the curtains for. If you want to see the city unfold before you, ask for a room higher up.
