Lovely Location
This hotel boasts a central and convenient location with excellent public transportation connexions. You'll be close to the Trindade metro and railway station. However, guests say despite it being a hilly city, the area is very walkable and you can get around easily on foot. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located next door to a supermarket, and is close to many restaurants, cafes, and a short walk from great shopping.

Basic Necessities
Overall, guests were satisfied with their stay here. Though a bit vintage, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable - what more do you need? Guests appreciated the strong air conditioners. Many guests also liked the availability of secure onsite parking. In addition, the common lounge area is said to be very inviting and a nice place to hang out with friends.
positive:
Morning Delight
Don't miss out on the breakfast and feel free to fill up on the unlimited flavoured coffee and delicious tea. Guests really enjoyed the morning treat and say that it is a perfect way to start the day.

Ready to Renovate
This is an older hotel but it has its charm. However, most guests agree that some renovations and cosmetic updates are necessary, as the furniture looked more aged than antique, and the towels have lost their softness. Modernisation is also necessary, as the TV is very outdated and there is a limited amount of outlets in the rooms.
negative:
Windows With No View
Some rooms have poor or no views at all, and only look out onto a brick wall. Ask for a room up front.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is not the best throughout the hotel. It's a hit or miss depending on your room, but according to reviews, the signal seems patchy.
