The complimentary 24-hour shuttle service offered by at this hotel was thought to be excellent, with the drivers and punctuality said to be top notch and the convenience of the situation enjoyed by all. The staff was overall thought to be great and guests described them as being welcoming, efficient and helpful wherever it provided possible.

On top of the proximity to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, those who stayed said that they were close to a few restaurants, cafes and also within walking distance of a temple. For those not feeling like heading out of the hotel once they have arrived, the cafe/restaurant on site was said to offer some tasty Thai or simple Western options at a good price.

Guests thought that the rooms here offered a good basic standard of cleanliness, quiet and comfort, in addition to air conditioning, and all of this for a very decent price. All in all, most people found it a great option for somewhere to lay their head for a night.

According to reviews, a minority of those who stayed were unhappy to find that mosquitoes or other little visitors managed to make their way into their room during the night, so keep this in mind if you are not fond of such experiences.
