Guests say the fitness centre at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport is large and fully stocked with equipment. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi which are nice as well.

The food at the hotel is delicious and offers you many choices according to guests. Visitors point out the spread at the breakfast buffet was comprehensive and the lunch and dinner buffets were excellent as well. There are also Thai, Chinese and Japanese

The rooms at the hotel do not have an in-room iron and ironing board for you to use. Guests say this is an inconvenience if you want to press your shirt before your next flight or meeting.

Guests note the prices for the minibar and restaurants at the hotel are much higher than you would find in other places around Bangkok. While the food earned positives remarks, the prices were not seen as good value.

The staff at the hotel provides adequate service according guests who also note the employees weren’t particularly friendly or nice. Everything gets done, but the front desk and restaurant staff did not seem engaged or invested.
