The views from the rooms are nothing short of spectacular and a real bonus at such a lovely hotel. Make sure when booking to request a view though as some guests have noted that not all of the rooms actually have views.
The people that work at this hotel are extremely well trained in the art of customer service. Guests have been more than complimentary about the staff’s attitude and found them to be pleasant and easy to deal with.
This hotel is right in the middle of the town, and you can walk to three of the lifts in no time at all. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. There is even a supermarket called Clark’s just a two minute walk away.
The heating in the room can get quite noisy making it difficult for some guests to sleep at night. They are not too happy about paying premium rates for old and dated heaters. They really should be replaced as they look out of place in the modern room.
