It's The Alamo
One of the highlights of staying at this hotel is having a bulls-eye view of the Alamo. You may have heard about it, read about it, or seen pictures of it, but to be right across from it and see it in the flesh, is a whole other experience.

They Make The Place What It Is
You will probably experience some of the best customer service at any hotel you've ever stayed in, and that's saying a lot! Every branch of the hotel from the management, to the housekeeper, valet, reception, concierge, are on the ball.
positive:
Enjoy The Attractions
Besides the Alamo, the hotel is near the River Walk and there's a trolly to take you around as well. Rumor has it that there's a ghost on the premises; however, if there's no ghost to send chills down your spine, check-out Ripley's Believe It or Not right down the street.

It's A Box!
The rooms are tiny. If it's two of you, it's best to take turns walking around. It's just not a good fit when your vision of the place is something quite different, especially from the photos. However, the room size is fine for a single person, but it may still be too small for some.

Where Are These Basic Amenities?
Though the hotel is lovely, there is no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Not cool if you want to heat up leftovers or drink a cold beverage on a very hot day without having to leave your room.

Parking Price Is Crazy
The price for parking is quite expensive. Of course, this may depend on your budget and what you think about the valet service.
