The Berkley Dining Room, one of the hotel's on-site restaurants, hosts a breakfast buffet each morning. Guests state that the breakfast buffet is quite nice and has a decent number of items available for you to choose from.

The entire property is spacious according to travellers who add that the rooms are large and quite comfortable. In addition to this, the lobby and common areas of the hotel are rather big as well and ensuring you never feel confined.

The front desk staff at the hotel can be a source of frustration and several travellers claim that some of the employees seem disorganised and unsure of what is going on. This can lead to slow service and long waits to check-in or check-out.

Despite being a relatively new property, a few visitors say the decor in the rooms and the common areas looks rather aged and the hotel just feels a little dated overall.
