The property is situated on top of Platinum Fashion Mall meaning shopping is just an elevator ride away. The area around the property has a number of other shopping complexes including Siam Paragon where the hotel's free shuttle can drop you off at.

Visitors proclaim the breakfast buffet served at the hotel's on-site restaurant is a great place to start your day. The buffet found at The Square offers a wide range of options to ensure even the pickiest eaters will find something good.

Rooms at the hotel offer a nice place to rest your head at night and provide a soft bed as well as a number of other necessities including a TV, free Wi-Fi and a minibar.

Some guests were unimpressed with the demeanour of the staff and say employees at the property should be a little more helpful when interacting with guests. These visitors point out that this issue doesn't extend to every person working at the hotel, however.

If you are planning to you use a taxi to get to or from the property, be prepared to wait in traffic if it is rush hour. A number of travellers report that it was a struggle to either hail a cab when leaving the property or get back to the hotel in a taxi.

The hotel only provides the basics in terms of toiletries so it's best you don't forget essentials like your toothbrush or razor. A few visitors state it was disappointing that the hotel doesn't provide more than just soap and shampoo.
