This hotel's convenience to the Suvarnabhumi was considered to be one of its high points, especially since there is said to be a convenient shuttle bus running directly to the airport, making it popular with those on layover or flying at silly hours. Moreover, some guests mentioned that there was actually a decent number of restaurants and bars just a short walk away, for those who do not feel like dining in.

Guests said that they arrived to clean and tidy rooms and anyone in need of entertainment can apparently take a dip in the pool or head outside to admire human-sized statues of Transformers or Alien vs. Predator characters. On top of this, the staff here was mentioned as being friendly, polite and attentive, and massages are also available on site for a premium.

Those who dined in thought that the restaurant food was of good quality and they particularly enjoyed the fact that it was situated on the rooftop terrace high up, providing interesting views while dining. The breakfast buffets here were also mentioned as being reasonably good.

The internet connection here was often mentioned as being poor or limited to one device, a minority of guests were unhappy with the noise from nearby bars and some people were of the opinion that the hotel rooms could do with some maintenance.
