Positive Reviews

Does the job for an affordable night.
While guests had a number of problems with accommodation, most said that the basics were covered, such as a good bed and clean bathroom. Considering the price, many were willing to overlook other concerns, and felt that the quality of rooms often matched the cost of accommodation.
positive:
A good location.
Close to skiing, next to a recommended restaurant, and within easy access of shopping, guests were happy with the location of this hotel. It was no problem getting to attractions from here.
positive:
Indoor parking a real bonus.
During the winter months, guests were very thankful for covered, heated parking that took care of the cold and snow. This was an added benefit that many guests said shouldn't be overlooked.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Time for an upgrade.
Guests could envision the difference a fresh coat of paint, new carpets and updated curtains would make to older accommodation, but until then, they were left with rooms in need of improvement. Hallways and common areas were equally begging for a refresh, and many said that they wouldn't be back until some progress was made with a makeover.
negative:
Interesting odors.
Some guests said that a strange smell could be detected in their rooms. Whether due to an older building or poor upkeep, a mildew odor greeted a few guests when they opened the door to accommodation.
negative:
Service unsatisfactory at times.
Long waits and rude behavior at the front desk were reported by a few staying at this hotel. It seems a few more staff members are needed to keep things running smoothly, and some guests would have liked to see better customer service training.
