Sure Hotel by Best Western Bordeaux Lac (Bordeaux, France)

Aside from the wide selection of buffet breakfast offered at the hotel with an added cost, guests were also impressed with the quality of the food served even for dinner such as paella and croissants. Meals can be consumed on top of a private terrace which was very comfortable for the guests.

The adequate space provided for parking, which was also free of charge, was appreciated by guests. Those travelling with cars did not encounter any issues with the parking slots for the area was safe and secured, and there were enough spaces.

The hotel's close walking distance to major public transports and other major establishments such as the Matmut Stadium has been very practical for the guests. There are also various dining options such as McDonald's and other Italian restaurants nearby.

One of the most irritating issues faced by previous guests was the presence of mosquitoes within the area especially inside the rooms. They had no choice but to keep the windows shut the whole time to prevent the mosquitoes from coming in.

Guests were disappointed by the insufficient size of the rooms. Each room was too small and those with large bags or suitcases had issues storing or fixing their luggage. The actual size and layout was quite inconvenient for families or group of people.

Previous guests noted that warm air was coming out of the air-conditioning system. The temperature was too hot but guests could not open the windows due to fear of mosquitoes. The AC units did not work properly and were not enough to cool the place.
