The staff at the hotel are extremely polite and will do their best to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. They have a lot of great tips for first-time visitors so be sure to ask for help if you are looking for a place to eat nearby.

The housekeeping staff are on top of their game at this hotel and make sure that there isn't a speck of dust to be found anywhere. The rooms are kept in very good order, and the maids are approachable and keen to help with extra items such as pillows or bedding.

If you are flying into town, then it's just a quick five-minute cab ride from the airport to the hotel. And if you're driving then it's right by the interstate with very easy access to and from the hotel. Couldn't be easier to find.

The hotel while well maintained is getting a bit old and rough around the edges. It's not a deal-breaker, but there are some that feel that the rate is a bit expensive given that the hotel is so dated. However, the great staff more than make up for it.

If you are looking for a breakfast of champions, then you might have to look elsewhere as it is said that the fare on offer each morning is not very good at all. The food is plain, and some of the cooked items arrive cold.

There have been a number of times when many guests waiting to check-in are only being dealt with by one clerk. This isn't ideal so be prepared to wait in line for quite some time if staying here.
