All rooms are well maintained by housekeeping and are ready and spotless when guests arrive. Beddings are new and the bathrooms are clean. Pillows are arranged in the bed and everything is in order.

The complimentary breakfast offered every morning is served hot and fresh. Menus vary every day so guests are treated to variety of choices. The hotel employees who serve the food are fast to act and are always on the lookout for guests needing assistance.

The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center is adjacent to Branson Theater District, Titanic Museum, and Hollywood Was Museum. The location is perfect for guests who wanted to go out and explore without spending a lot of time in travel.

Beds are hard and the mattress and pillows are not comfortable to sleep on. They may have been used for too long and may need to be replaced. The hotel is the oldest one in the region, and it is working to have the furniture replaced for the guests' comfort.

Rooms have thin walls and floors so guests can hear the conversation of other guests from adjacent rooms. Guests can also hear the noise of children playing up and down the hallway. However, the staff is quick to address this by calling the attention of children politely and advising guests courteously to keep the noise at a minimum to avoid causing noise and interruption to others.

Bathrooms are kept clean but they are small which causes the guests to have a hard time moving around. Moreover, some bathrooms also have low shower water pressure and small bath tubs.
