With the awesome food markets right on the doorstep of the hotel, guests found the food experience to be amazing. You can try something different virtually every day, and the food is sold at very reasonable prices according to most travellers.

Almost all visitors found the rooms to be of a good size, comfortable for both couples and large families. Beds were considered to be exceptionally comfortable, linens fresh and crisp, and the interiors lovely and spacious.

Breakfast will fill the heartiest of visitors according to many guests, and it's free of charge. If you are on business, or just need to keep in contact with family and friends, then the complimentary Wi-Fi works really well too.

Even if you book a non-smoking room, visitors have complained about the smoke-filled interiors. If you are not a smoker, you may just get a room that still lingers from the previous smoking guests. Nonetheless, most visitors preferred to spend their precious time exploring what the beautiful Kuala Lumpur has to offer.

Guests complained about noisy air-conditioning units in many of the rooms. If you feel the need to cool your room down to an acceptable temperature, then perhaps you should consider doing that before you retire at night.

Several guests had issues with appliances such as kettles, microwaves and toasters that were either faulty, or didn't work at all. Luckily the front desk holds a few extras, so if in doubt, ask the friendly reception to replace whatever doesn't work.
