With various world-famous attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Big Ben within walking distance, the location of the hotel was popular with many past guests. Furthermore, the property's close proximity to stores, restaurants and Victoria Station was also commended.

When taking into account the feedback of those that used it, the free Wi-Fi was typically considered to be one of the best aspects about staying at the accommodation. Former visitors have claimed that the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast for the most part.
