The staff here are truly excellent, they are warm and friendly whilst being polite and professional. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and are happy to give directions or recommendations and they will do anything they can to ensure your stay is a good one. Many individual staff members are mentioned by name to acknowledge the excellent service offered by them.

Guests feel safe, relaxed and comfortable whilst staying in this property, with many referring to it as a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and kept clean to a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the linens used are a good quality.

If you are looking to stay somewhere that has excellent public transport links to take you where you want to go then this will be perfect for you. There are train stations nearby, the subway is directly below and there is also an airport shuttle available. There is a shopping centre below the hotel if you would like to indulge in some retail therapy and plenty of supermarkets and eateries for you to investigate throughout your stay.

There is an on-site swimming pool however it is not particularly large and it is also popular with non-residents. This means at times it can get very busy and make it difficult to swim laps.

The Club Lounge is only accessible for guests staying in upgraded rooms however guests feel that the food on offer in here is very poor and not up to the standard you would expect.

You will find that anything you need to pay extra for, perhaps Wi-Fi or breakfast, is very expensive and therefore your bill can quickly add up here.
