There are several bus lines in close proximity, and attractions such as Hamilton Place, the Art Gallery of Hamilton, FirstOntario and the Centre Hamilton Convention Centre are less than 5-minutes' walk away. Dundurn Castle can be reached within 25-minutes' walk.

Guests found the rooms to be well appointed, spacious and clean with large, modern bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and amenities such as a desk, fridge and microwave are convenient. Some rooms also offers views of Hamilton Harbor.

Guests reported being greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome at Sheraton Hamilton Hotel. Staff are approachable and available to answer all questions, including providing information for local sites and recommendations for restaurants.
