Guest loved the uninterrupted views across the water from the hotel, owing to its absolute beach front position. Guests also commented that the hotel was in a great location only a 20 minute drive from the Gold Coasts' theme parks and a 15 minute drive into the heart of Surfers Paradise.

A number of repeat customers who have stayed here more than three times left comments about the consistent high standard that they have enjoyed during their time here. Many of these repeat customers left tips for future guests to request a high floor, north facing unit to take in the best views and breezes.

Guests commented that the food served in the on-site bistro is excellent and well worth a visit during any stay. Guests also mention that there are a number of lovely little cafes nearby for breakfast.

The apartments here are individually owned and managed and as well as the decor being hit and miss in term of its style and function, many guests complained that the level of customer service is also hit and miss depending on the unit that you are staying in.

Guests expecting a higher standard of furnishings given the price point of the hotel were disappointed and left remarks in their comments that the hotel could invest in  a refurbishment of units to make them more modern.

Guests complained that on check in they found several items in the apartments not cleaned or cleaned to a sub par standard. Common complaints included that there was mould build up in the showers and that kitchen cupboards could use a better clean inside and out.
