The views from the balcony of the apartment across the ocean feature in a number of reviews about the hotel. The hotel enjoys an absolute beach front position and the views are mostly unobstructed.

Guests said that the location of the hotel was very central and it was an easy walk to local shops and restaurants. A highlight for guests was that the local surf club, which serves big hearty meals, was only a five minute walk from the property.

Guests commented that they felt very comfortable in the units owing to the spacious living and dining areas within the apartment.  Guests also remarked that the facilities were well maintained and that the parking was easy to navigate and it was very secure.

A number of guests were disappointed that during their time at the hotel, it was undertaking renovations. Guests said that the painters moved furniture in the early hours which disturbed them, whilst others did not like the strong smell of paint. These guests said there was no warning from hotel management prior to their stay that there would be any disruption.

Guests who were accomodated in a two bedroom apartment complained that the second bedroom was very small and not at all comfortable for two adults sharing.

Guests who stayed here for an extended period of time, or more than five days were disappointed that there was no daily cleaning available. Guests also said that the apartments could use a deep clean between holiday makers to deal with the built up mould and grime.
