The hotel is close to popular Toorak with its restaurants and cafes as well as being a stone's throw away from the shopping on Chapel Street and for many previous guests to this hotel, the proximity to these areas was the best part of their stay.

The reception staff were singled out in reviews for being super helpful and making check-in a breeze.  Many guests appreciated that their first impression of hotel was a good one, and they reviewed the hotel positively as a result.

Guests commented that they thought that the apartment was well designed and laid out.  Guests also mentioned that they had a great nights sleep on the comfy beds and fluffy pillows.
