Great for active families.
This hotel is great for those families who don't just want to sit around and relax. There are numerous pools, and a separate kids' zone with slides. An Animation Team takes care of activities and entertainment. Plus, the nearby sports centre and bike rental encourages energetic families to enjoy the entire island, not just the resort amenities.
positive:
Let those worries slide away.
The amenities and features of the hotel are both modernly appointed and exceptionally cleaned daily. The classic décor is lovely and the entire atmosphere encourages guests to let the worries of having a great holiday just slide away.
positive:
Walking to it all.
Although the complex can be fully inclusive of all your needs, exploring the area is quick and easy to do. The local beaches are a five- and ten-minute walk. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping are also within walking distance.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Know before you go.
When booking your room, be sure to avoid the basement rooms. Ask for rooms higher up, for many reasons. The basement rooms are dark and musty. The only views, if any at all, are of another building. Basically, it's like staying in a dungeon, instead of a luxury hotel.
negative:
You want it? Then, pay for it.
Many items have extra fees and if you want those luxuries, you'll be paying. Some common items you'll be cashing out for are irons and TVs with remote controls. Also, the drinks at the bar are much more expensive than those found at nearby pubs.
negative:
Shrugs and smiles.
The staff at the resort have generally uncaring and unhurried attitudes. There are no real rushes to fix concerns or problems and complaints will get shrugs and smiles, rather than a quick fix. Many of the staff also don't speak English and you might have to search for that one person who can do it all.
