Econotel Kensington is less than a two-minute walk from the beach for sun-worshippers, and its location a stones-throw from the top of the Punta Ballena strip makes it ideal for those visiting for the nightlife too.

If you're looking for safe, spacious budget accommodation this could be a good option. Many guests have commented that you would be hard pressed to find somewhere so conveniently located for less.

Fully-fitted kitchens are attached to every apartment so, while there are numerous places to eat out within an easy, level walk, the option is there to self-cater should you wish to. There is also a handy supermarket directly underneath the accommodation

Air conditioning is not included so, on warm summer nights, the apartments may get rather hot. Fans are supplied but, some reviewers have said that they make little difference.

As you might expect with its location so close to bars and clubs, you are likely to hear late-night revellers returning from the early hours. Of course, if you plan to join them it shouldn't be an issue for you but, if not, perhaps pack your earplugs.

If you're looking for a 'get away from it all' break this could be the perfect spot but, if not, you may struggle with the lack of contact with the outside world; phone reception is poor and the Wi-Fi, while operational, works intermittently.
