Positive Reviews
positive:
Absolutely unbeatable location
This was perhaps what most impressed guests about the complex. It is in an enviable position on the pier directly overlooking the beach. Guests clearly loved this, both because the beach and its attractions were so close at hand and also because of the spectacular sea views to be had from the property.
positive:
Large and well equipped apartments
Too many guests to mention reported that they found the apartments to be very spacious indeed, with more than enough space for the whole family to stretch out. They were also said to be very well equipped, with all they needed to enjoy their holiday.
positive:
Great leisure amenities
Many guests pointed to the pool terrace as being their favourite spot on the property. They were generally very happy with the leisure amenities onsite, also mentioning the fitness centre and the tennis court as highlights.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift to some sections
Quite a number of guests reported that apartments in certain sections of the building had no access to a lift. On occasion this required a climb of two flights of stairs to get to/from the apartment, so those with mobility issues should make sure they are in the section with lift access.
negative:
Some updating required
Going through the reviews, it became clear that the property has recently seen updates, but that some room have perhaps not yet (October 2016) been updated. A solid minority of guests' allocated one of the unrenovated apartments mentioned that they could do with some updating.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi
Many guests mentioned being frustrated with the Wi-Fi system at the complex, saying that it was too slow to really be very useful. Some also mentioned having difficulty finding a signal is some areas of the hotel.
