Paid and off-site car park
Guests were distressed when it came to paying for parking their car as most of the places offer free parking. To add to their dismay, the paid car park was not on-site but a block away from the hotel which meant guests had to walk all the way with all their luggage which they didn't appreciate.

The hotel needs to work on its soundproofing as past guests complained of loud noises from roadside traffic and people next-door. The hotel is close to a construction site where the work starts early morning and guests who were light-sleepers couldn't sleep after that.
