Serviced apartment Mantra Zanzibar (Mooloolaba, Australia)

Previous guests all left similar comments about the excellent views from their apartments across the Pacific ocean. Many guests felt that the uninterrupted views across the water added to their relaxation and some commented that their favourite part of the holiday was having a drink watching the sun go down from their balcony.

The hotel is located on the Esplanade opposite the ocean but also on the same strip as many restaurants and bars which are popular with locals and visitors. Many guests liked that they could leave the car at the hotel and walk to everything that they needed.

Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite according to those previous guests who left positive reviews for the hotel. Staff here handled requests quickly and efficently and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

A few common annoyances for guests who had a less than pleasant stay were broken and running toilets, air conditioning breaking down or spilling water and oven and kitchen appliances not working. Guests who encountered these problems did not leave positive reviews.

Guests who were not al all happy with the standard of cleaning throughout the hotel left comments that they felt that hotel management could employee staff to give the whole hotel a good scrub to get rid of mould and years of build up of crud.

Guests felt that the decor and furniture around the hotel was stuck in the early nineties and did not exude a modern feel at all. Guests suggested that an overhaul or refurbishment would let the hotel reach its full potential.
