Guests mentioned  that it was dead easy to get up the mountain in winter, since the gondola was just a minute or two away on foot and that it was perhaps a bit less crowded during the busy morning rush than those in the main village.

Guests travelling in the warmer months really liked the pool terrace as a whole, and not just the pool itself. It seemed they would spend much of the day in the area, perhaps lazing about, swimming or even cooking up a storm at the BBQ facilities.

A number of guests mentioned that the property was located in such a fashion that they could ski back to the front door, which they really appreciated at the end of a long day on the slopes

The property is located in the Creekside section of Whistler, which is some distance from the main village. Some guests found this a bit isolating, saying there was less to do there than in the main village

Far too many guests for comfort mentioned that they found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. The usual complaint was that the mattresses were too soft and didn't offer enough support, so those who like firm mattresses may be disappointed.

A number of eagle eyed guests noticed that the property was just beginning to show some signs of wear and tear, with the décor and fittings perhaps having reached the end of their design life. The feeling seemed to be that a refresh was in order.
