Negative Reviews
negative:
Miniature Rooms
Several guests, mainly those booking traditional rooms, thought the rooms and the bathrooms were too small for their liking. If you are traveling as a group or with a lot of luggage, you may feel cramped. The hotel does offer many other room size options if you feel this may be a concern.
negative:
Problems with Parking
The parking lot has reported to be full quite often, especially on busy weekends. Should you run into this issue, the staff will happily direct you to many other options nearby. The onsite parking lot was also reported as having very tight spaces, which may be a problem if you're coming with a large car.
negative:
Early Bird Housekeeping
The housekeeping starts work quite early, which some may find as an advantage, but most guests didn't like. If you plan on sleeping in, place a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside your door the night before. The staff has on several occasions entered rooms with guests still occupying it.
