Many guests have been fond of the area in which this hotel is located. The property sits in Whistler Creekside, which is a residential area that is a short drive from Whistler Village. As a result, the rooms at this hotel are generally much quieter than anything that you would find in the Village.

Multiple guests have been surprised to find a number of different restaurants near the hotel. Guests found this convenient because it meant that they didn't have to travel to the Village every time they wanted something to eat.

The rooms at this property have private balconies and guests have enjoyed spending time on them. Many of these balconies feature views of the mountains, which was another positive, especially early in the morning or into the evening.

Additional parking fees
Guests haven't liked the fact that you have to pay for parking at this property. These guests have felt as though this cost should be included in the price of the room, especially since the area in which this hotel is situated is a bit of a drive from Whistler Village.

Numerous guests have been confused by the fact that you can't check into your room at this hotel, but have to visit another property up the street to do so. This led to guests having to walk up the street to grab their keys or whenever they needed something from the front desk throughout their stays.

There have been complaints about the mattresses on both the beds and the sofa beds being uncomfortable. This made it difficult for certain guests to sleep, as they didn't enjoy the support that these mattresses were providing.
