The apartments and studios also made a good impression for their cleanliness. The accommodations were well kept throughout their stay and the bathrooms were also well appointed with free toiletries and towels. The look was that of a fresh place.

The studios made a good impression on guests who enjoyed the modern furnishings and décor. The rooms were bright and gave a positive impression. The kitchenettes were also a positive thing to have for guests to cook what they wanted.

The apartment hotel is in a central location within walking distance from the Old Town Square, the various eateries offering regional cuisine, and the lively bars. Guests could also take the public transport if they wished to see other parts of the city.

The noise coming from the outdoor areas was found to be loud by guests who wanted to sleep at night. They found other people in the neighbourhood were rowdy and guests in the courtyard would also make noise.

Guests would have enjoyed to have parking available by the hotel, but instead found themselves running around trying to look for parking. The staff did not do much to help them find parking or give advice on this.

The air conditioning in the apartments and studios was non-existent according to guests. They found their accommodations to be too hot and therefore they had a hard time sleeping. Only fans were provided but they did not do the job as well.
