Aside from the clean rooms, guests also admired the great quality of the beds and mattresses. These facilities were very comfortable, clean, and huge enough so most guests were able to have a totally relaxing and pleasant sleep.
Previous guests loved the full size kitchen provided inside the rooms! The area was clean and there were some basic cooking ingredients provided such as salt, oil, and pepper. Guests were able to cook and prepare their own food instead of dining out so they were able to save some money for other things such as tours.
Due to its residential location, guests had difficulty travelling within the area and visiting important tourists' spots. Guests had to take a short drive using their own vehicles or take the bus for about two miles to reach major establishments such as restaurants and shopping areas.
Guests were disappointed with the lack of enough toiletries provided in the bathroom compared to other standard hotels. There were no hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and lotion which were considered basic essentials according to guests.
Previous guests were quite unimpressed with the rate of the rooms due to the lack of free breakfast provided and its impractical location that was not close to major establishments. Guests think the prices were too high compared to other competitions.
