Self-service Hotel Ostaš Praha (Prague, Czech Republic)

The place was found to be nice and cosy by most guests who were happy to have the basics taken care of. They found that the area overall was clean, the bathrooms worked nicely and had hot water and that the rooms were spacious enough.

Most guests agreed the price paid for the accommodation to be worth the amenities and facilities. They felt it was a reasonable price, especially if breakfast was included, and that the rooms were relatively clean and cosy. There is also free parking and helpful staff.

The location was found to be ideal by most guests who were close to a tram and bus stop, as well as a train station. It is about a 20 minute walk into the old part of town. There were also various eateries and shops within walking distance.

The lift was found to be odd as it did not seem to be on the same level as the rooms. The lift did not go up to certain floors which was not appropriate for people who need the lift to head to the rooms.

Some guests were left confused as to why there were no kettles or tea and coffee makers in the rooms. They had seen this advertised and were disappointed when they were not available.

There was no air conditioning available in the rooms which was annoying for some guests who would have preferred some cool air in the rooms. There were only fans available which was not enough.
